Billing
Money questions, answered plainly.
Who actually pays?
Whoever sets the team up — usually a coach or a team manager, sometimes the club. One card, one team, one line on a statement. Parents are never asked for money by TeamCaddy and never see a payment screen.
What happens if we sign a sixteenth player mid-season?
We tell you before you hit the limit rather than after. Nothing is deleted and nobody is locked out — you'll have a fortnight to decide whether to move to the Team plan or drop back under 15.
Do you charge per player?
No. A team of 11 and a team of 30 cost the same. Charging per child means a coach has to think about money every time they sign somebody, and that's the wrong thing to be thinking about.
Can we pay for a year at a time?
Yes. $40 a year for a team, $290 a year for a club — about two months back either way. Most youth clubs budget by season, so annual usually fits better.
What if we stop paying?
The team drops to the free plan. Nothing is deleted. If you're over 15 players you'll keep read access to the roster and schedule so you can export it, and you can pick up again next season where you left off.
Refunds?
Ask and you'll get one. Monthly plans are cancellable at any point and we'll refund the current month if you've barely used it. Annual plans are refunded pro rata for the months remaining.
Our club genuinely can't afford it. Now what?
Email us and say so. We'd rather a club ran on TeamCaddy for free than went back to a spreadsheet, and grassroots clubs in low-income areas are the reason the free plan exists in the first place.
